Jon and I had a date night last night and while waiting to waste 2 hours of our life (anyone else see The Bounty Hunter?), I realized I had pictures on my phone from our trip to the Butterfly House in February. I forget to bring my camera quite often, as I did on this trip, thus the cell phone pictures! The Butterfly House is a warm (very, very warm) greenhouse/
rain forest type place that you can walk around and the butterflies swarm around you. It is a very cool place and a good trip for a cold day as it was when we went. AND since today is cold and rainy, I thought we'd revisit

.

He was fascinated by the coin ramp thing that was near the exit. We had to watch our own coins and then the coins of SEVERAL other kids before we could leave!
On another nicer day, we went to the park for a bit and Gavin and Jon had a blast climbing all over the place!

Oh and if you are reading this today........
GO STATE!
You did NOT go see Bounty Hunter. I would rather go see Hot Tub Time Machine, personally. ;)
ReplyDeleteButterfly House looks great, I never made it there when we lived in St. Louis. Daddy and Gavin pictures are so cute!
I'm really bummed that the bounty hunter isn't good...there goes wanting to see it before it comes out on dvd, which I'll then probably forget to rent.
ReplyDeleteAnd I love that Gavin loves the coin thing...I remember being very facinated with it as well...
GO STATE :)
